Funding Request Letter from SRoL Chairman Louis Parisi.  Within this letter are quotes from Rodney Smith (Lyons VA Center) and Jeffrey Vollmar (USMC), member of SRoL Military Advisory Board.  23 suicides per day are too many to not pay attention.
